No Return / No Exchange Policy
At JewelsByMokshi, we maintain the highest quality standards for our imitation jewelry and accessories. To ensure hygiene and the lowest possible prices for our customers, we do not offer any returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Cancellations: Cancellation is allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order.Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled
Damage Policy:
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or store credit subject to the following condition:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer courier seal.
This video must be sent to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
A full unboxing video (start to finish, uncut) is mandatory for any damage claims.
The video must start before the outer courier package is opened.
It must show the shipping label and the condition of the box clearly.
This helps us identify if the damage occurred during transit.
Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process any claims for damage or missing items.
